$250 per 50-minute session
Insurance
Services may be covered in full or in part by your health insurance or employee benefit plan. I do not take private insurance at this time. However, I am an "out-of-network provider." This means that, while you pay me at the time of the session, you may be reimbursed by your insurance company in full or in part, depending on your benefits.
I encourage you to contact your insurance company directly to find out your coverage for out-of-network providers. I am happy to provide the necessary paperwork for you to file an insurance claim if you choose to do so.

- What is my deductible and has it been met?
- How many sessions per year does my health insurance cover?
- What is the coverage amount per therapy session?
- What diagnoses are covered if not all?

Payment
Payment is due at the time of service. I accept all major credit, debit, FSA, and HSA cards.
Cancellation Policy
If you do not show up for your scheduled therapy appointment, and you have not notified me at least 24 hours in advance, you will be required to pay the full cost of the session. Please note that most insurance companies do not reimburse for missed sessions. Of course if there is an emergency, please phone me to inform.
